Each individual person has unique gifts and positive personal attributes to discover within themselves. Therapy can be a place to identify personal strengths or to begin to heal from pain. In my approach to therapy, the client is always the expert on their own lives. The most important part of my job is to partner with clients to discover what might be getting in the way of personal growth or relationship satisfaction.
