Hey, I’m glad that you are here taking the first step towards your healing journey. My name is Laura Lara Salazar, I'm a Latina therapist.  My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive space where you can explore personal growth, healing, and mental well-being. I believe that everyone has the strength within them to overcome challenges, and I'm here to guide you on that journey. Whether you're navigating through life transitions, managing stress, or healing from trauma, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and at peace.

I am passionate about helping you achieve your personal goals and supporting your healing journey. My areas of focus include life transitions/issues, depression, anxiety, interpersonal violence, domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, trauma, intergenerational trauma, addiction, immigration and cultural issues-adjustment.

I understand how important it is to find the right therapist who truly fits your needs, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. My primary approach is Trauma-Informed and person-centered. Other modalities I used are CBT, TF-CBT, EFI, Attachment Based, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based and Somatic therapy.

Your road to healing started with you identifying the supportive service and therapeutic systems you need.
